Well, it's a contstruction shot for my Lich - model. I made this model in old school technics and "Allody online"- style- without normal map (only on pedestal). It have not very much tris - 2740 for body and 414 tris for staff, and only 512*512 textures for body and 256*128 textures for weapon. All textures drew with hand, i did't used any phototextures.

Very impressive, esspecially your hand painted textures. however the one critique I have is that you have a strange triangulation pattern throughout your model, the most noticable place being on the weapons blade. You could easily half the poly count of your model again without loosing edge detail
The "Strange triangulation pattern" is a norm when modeling for games, the game engine needs tris to render properly and also for the model to deform properly. In actuality there are no quads, everything is triangles, the quad is just a visual representation by the software
